Alternative Power Sources for Vehicles Electric Engines Powered There is a very intense interest in committing to Front Wheel Drive vehicle conversion in Upper East Tennessee. First and the highest produced is a supplemental unit that goes in the rear of front wheel drive vehicles that would be used during relatively short drives at moderate speeds. When longer drives and higher speeds are required the rear wheel drive unit works with the conventional front wheel drives.
Mass produced inexpensive single wheel supplemental drive unit to be retrofitted on smaller front wheel drive vehicles and to be an option on new ones.
